It's really a poem rather than a quote... It describes how I feet right now. I read it in one of Paulo Coelho's old post. It's about the feeling of total acceptance. Right now, I don't know where I'm going, but I will follow that guide that is inside of my heart, the one who tells me what to do and where to go. I guess I just need to listen to it more often.

One Man And His Campervan
On lazy Sunday mornings, after making breakfast what I really enjoy is watching this fun adventure journey of a man named Martin Dorey and his campervan driving and camping around England. The series is called "One Man and His Campervan". His journey originality started years before when he decided to put all of his belongings in his 1970's campervan and move to a seaside small town in Devon. Now he lives there with his wife, Jo, and two children. One day, he decided to make that campervan journey through out England
showing his love of VW, food, and surfing. His not a chef, but he loves to cook delicious meals for friends he met along the way. I love to image I was one of those friend. It's really nice to eat a simply but fabulous meal, cooked fresh after fishing and looking at the beautiful sunset near the beach with a friend like Martin Dorey :)
Here is a short preview of the first part of his journey:

Train Journey
On my journey from Bandung, West Java to Yogyakarta, Indonesia, I took a 8 hours train journey. In 8 hours on the train, what do one supposed to do? Well, I could either read a book or just simply sleep, but figured out something more exciting to do. First, I saw the beautiful views like this from my window:
Walking between compartments
And the best thing about trains transportation in Indonesia, well, you can just open the door and look outside! I know it's dangerous, but the view was so stunning and I can't help myself looking outside and taking picture like this one while we were crossing a bridge. It was so trilling because there's so must risk, but on the other hand, this too pretty to not look at. I literally just hang on to the door and started taking pictures.
I'm just hanging on the door and peeking out!
And when I looked down, I saw something like this, and my heart was ponding because of the height. And I'm on a moving train with the door width opened, just hanging by the door.
What a view!
The whole trip was exciting. We even stopped in some little cities and saw people running towards opened doors to sell something. What a nice trip I had!

A Picnic At The Beach
It's a holiday indeed! What would be more fun than having a picnic at the beach? What a pleasant time :) and I love love love beaches! This time, I went to a beach called Ngobaran in Gunung Kidul, Central Java; about 2 hours from Yogyakarta. This beach haven't been a tourism area yet, so there aren't much people there.
The unique thing about this beach is the statues of various beliefs that are combined in one place. It's shows how well the different beliefs get a long in this society.
This is a statue of Ganesha, Hinduisms most popular deities.
You will also find some Buddhist stupa. This stupa is like the one at Borobudur temple.
The symbol of a hand is the symbol of an old belief called "Kejawen". This belief don't have any scriptures like any other religion, but at the core is the concept of peace of mind.
This is the overview of the lonely beach. It's a perfect place for a picnic!
The beach is beautiful with it's white sands.
I found this spot to be a little bit scary. The white rocks kinda look like a pile of skull. It gave me goosebumps! HAHAHA...
It's not a picnic without bringing something to eat! I packed some sandwiches, snacks, and some drinks :)
At the end of the day, I was so happy having this lovely picnic :)
How's your holiday?

Crossroads

Have you ever been at a crossroad? I bet you have. Well, I've been reading my old blog that I started in 2007, and I figured-out that there were many crossroads that I have traveled through 2007-2011. I kinda felt funny when reading my thoughts back then. It almost sounds like a different me hahaha...
Since I was little until college, I took the kinda straight way, not much crossroad as I remembered. That's why until now, I still find it difficult to make up my mind. Sometimes I over think it too much, but in other times I don't think at all! I haven't find a comfortable way yet, but I guess I'm still learning about it (a lot!). The best way to do it is, think well, but not too much! Easy to say but hard to do!
After reading my old blog, I discovered there is one road path that I have left but worth to find again. Something I want so badly back then (and still do!). I want to find that road again. It's not that I'am sorry of how my life turns out, but if that road still opens for me, why not?
